Registration
Registration and subscription for the tutorials is open to anyone, but only professionals using Kitchendraw and based in the UK will be granted access to the catalogue downloads. UK Professional users will also be given 7 days access to the Introductory Tutorials free of charge. If you are not sure if you qualify, complete the Registration process anyway and if we need to, we will contact you by telephone for clarification of any information supplied.
Registration automatically registers you with our Support forum where you can contact us or other users for assistance, or post comments/ideas which may be of interest to fellow users.
To register, select the 'Enter Site' button on the home page and then the 'signup' link on the following page, and complete your details.
Your registration will be submitted and activated once approved by the company, and you will be e-mailed when this is done.
Important
Registrations with incomplete or inaccurate information will not be approved.
Subscribing for Training Modules
To subscribe to the various training modules once you have registered, log-in and on your membership information page you will see any exisitng subscriptions with links to access them on the left, and on the right you can select a subscription from the drop down list.
When you select the 'Order' button, you will receive confirmation that the subscription request has been submitted to us. A copy of the confirmation page along with payment should be forwarded as directed. Activation of the subscription will be enabled once payment is received and cleared. (We will be adding an online payment system shortly).
If Support Hours are chosen in the subscription selection, please make sure you enter the number of hours you wish to pay for in the appropriate box.
